Common questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds for their care. We can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What does "labs not included" mean?
Lab work is ordered based on your individual needs — not as a default package. When labs are recommended, they are billed separately through your insurance or at self-pay rates. We'll always discuss costs with you before ordering.
What is texting access?
Membership and package patients can message their provider directly through our secure patient portal for quick questions, follow-ups, and between-visit support.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. We want your care to fit your life. If your needs change, we'll work with you to find the right option.
